Oriental tray, brass tray, hand chiseled, engraved
A large sized tray made of brass, finely chiseled, probably moroccan handicraft.
This is decorated metal, so it's quite heavy. This tray is typical of Moroccan and Arabian styles, it's the kind of tray which is used to present mint tea sets, composed most of the time of a tall metal teapot and finely decorated glasses.
You can use it for whatever purpose ... It has a highly decorative value, with its engraved surface.
This tray has a flaw, one side of the tray is slightly bent. I think it would be easy to straighten it, provided you use the right tools. I don't have them, and I'm a little nervous to try it myself as I don't want to damage this beautiful piece !
