Un mini moule à Kouglof, vintage et très joli,
comme on en trouve beaucoup dans la région
où j'habite ! En effet le kouglof est un cake
dont la tradition vient d'Allemagne et qu'on
trouve communément en Alsace.Comme je suis en Lorraine, c'est tout près !
Ce petit moule est en céramique et / ou
en terre, il est peint à la main mais pas
par moi, et ses motifs décoratifs sont traditionnels
de ce qu'on trouve en Alsace.C'est un objet vintage, qui est surtout destiné
à la décoration d'une cuisine par exemple,
mais il peut tout à fait aussi être utilisé pour faire
un cake, si vous cuisez toutefois à température
raisonnable (180°C).

MOULE à KOUGLOF MINIATURE décoration de cuisine moule à cake bleu canard
This cute little mold, or cake pan, is made
of a mixed ceramic.It's a vintage item, and you can find lots of
them in the area where I live, because the
Kougelhof cake, or Kouglof, is originally from
Germany, and I live close to that country, in the
East of France, and close to Alsace which is
an area of France which has embraced this cake
tradition.Kougelhof cakes are usually made with rhum and
raisins, and they are delicious !They have this particular shape that you can
see in this cake pan. This one is a mini one,
and more a decorative object for a kitchen
rather than a real cooking utensil, but i'm sure
you could use it to bake a cake, if you bake it
low temperature.The decoration on the mold is handpainted,
but not by me.I'm just the vessel, to transport this item to your
