Une chaise assez rare à trouver, elle est en formica (il y en
a beaucoup) avec une assise et un dossier marbré,
qui est un design d'origine (il y en a peu).
J'ai choisi de la relooker car les pieds avaient besoin d'un bon
rajeunissement. C'est une chaise qui date des années 60, 70,
probablement la deuxième génération de chaises en formica,
qui ont vu le développement des couleurs et des motifs.
A cause de son caractère vintage, cette chaise a des micro-
défauts, sur l'assise et sur le dossier. Vous les remarquerez
si vous avez un oeil averti comme le mien ! Mais sinon ils
ne déparent pas la beauté de cette chaise, et les pieds
la mettent désormais en valeur.
L'effet marbré n'est pas un relooking, il est d'origine.
Sa taille est la taille standard d'une chaise en formica.
Je n'en ai qu'une pour l'instant, mais si vous en souhaitez
deux, contactez moi. La deuxième possible est légèrement
différente, mais tout aussi belle.

Chaise MARBRÉE formica rare relookée
This is a vintage chair, which is special because
it's rare to find one with a marble seat and back.
You can find a lot of these in France currently, they
date back to the 60s 70s when each family
owned a set of four, sometimes with the matching
table, or variations of armchairs.
However, this one is from the second generation,
when after making them white, they started to offer
them in different colors and with patterns.
So the marble seat & back are not an upcycling I've
made, it's the original design. However, the legs
were really damaged so I chose to treat them and
repaint them in black, to bring the marble design into
relief.
It's of a standard height for this type of chair.
I have one for now, but could have two (the other
slightly different) so if you're interested to buy a pair
of these let me know, or you could pair it with my
other black and white chair of similar design
