Au dos il est indiqué que les cuillers sont fabriquées en Hollande, mais l'inscription est en français.
Elle fera un cadeau vintage très sympa si vous constituez un cadeau "thé" pour une personne qui apprécie Londres :)) Et Tower Bridge.

Vintage Fancy Spoon TOWER BRIDGE, London
A fancy spoon, which was sold I think near the monument it represents, and you could collect them, as travel souvenirs.
That's my guess, I don't know much more about this item ! The spoons appear to have been manufactured in Holland, and the inscription is in French.
It will be a great gift if you are preparing a tea-accessory gift for someone. Even more if that person is a Tower Bridge fan :)) Or a London fan.
