Chaise THONET centenaire, fabrication entre 1882-1922,

Une chaise Thonet centenaire, avec certificat d'authenticité, les étiquettes font foi de sa fabrication entre 1882 et 1922.
La chaise est en bon état, un état d'usage, bien qu'on puisse voir les traces du passage des ans.
Je l'ai restaurée avec de la cire d'antiquaire foncée couleur noyer.
Cette chaise a un défaut, qui est une réparation assez maladroitement réalisée sur la chaise à une époque inconnue, sur le devant à gauche (voir photo).
La chaise a été reteintée et si vous le désirez je peux encore foncer sa couleur.
Etant une vieille dame, cette chaise est relativement fragile, mais elle reste une merveilleuse antiquité.

Antique 100 years old THONET chair
Chair -- ANTIQUE Hundred years old THONET chair, made between 1882-1922, dark wood, refurbished by SophieLDesign
A chair that is a hundred years old, with an authenticity certificate that comes as stickers you can find under the chair, and testify to its making between 1882 and 1922.
I did my best to refurbish it with bison dark wax lotion (what we call cire d'antiquaire bison in France, a special treatment for wooden furniture).
However, this one chair has a flaw, that is due to a clumsy repair at an uncertain date, on the wood.
I can darken the chair's colours if you wish.
Since this chair is 100 years old, it remains fragile. You can best maintain it by giving the screws a turn from time to time.
This is the last of the pair I had found !
