Chaise cantilever années 70, réhabilitée, textile tweed orange et mousse, acier
Une chaise vintage des années 50 ? 70 ? en acier 
tubulaire, je l'ai sauvée des encombrants ! 
La partie en acier chromé était très rouillée, donc
après nettoyage et voyant qu'elle était irrécupérable j'ai 
décidé de la relooker en noir. 
J'ai aussi repeint les accoudoirs, car le plastique était 
défraîchi. 
L'assise et le dossier par contre n'ont pas été changé, 
ils ont juste subi un bon nettoyage. 
Ils sont en mousse avec un tissu genre tweed qui est 
d'une couleur typique des années 60-70, orange brûlé. 
C'est une chaise qui a de la classe, elle peut très bien 
aller dans un bureau, une chambre ou votre salon. 
Elle ressemble aux chaises de Marcel Breuer, pour 
Thonet, mais elle est différente car ses deux tubes 
montent tout droit sur l'envers, il s'agit donc d'un 
design approchant. 
Je possède deux chaises de ce type similaire, mais 
la deuxième n'est pas encore prête pour vous les 
proposer en paire. Si vous souhaitez acheter la paire, 
je peux voir ce que je peux faire pour accélerer le 
processus !! (trop de chaises en cours ! lol.) 
N'hésitez pas si vous avez des questions sur ce produit. 
Je pense au vu de ses dimensions que je peux vous l'envoyer 
en colissimo, donc la réception serait rapide. Elle n'est 
pas fragile mais pèse son poids.

  • This is a vintage chair from the 50 ? 70 ? 
    that has a cantilever tubular steel structure, 
    and that I saved from going to the trash. 

    The steel part was really rusty, even after 
    treatment so I decided to paint the structure 
    black. I also chose to repaint the rubber armrests, 
    because they looked like they needed restoration. 

    However, I didn't refurbish the seat or the back, 
    because they still looked in good shape. 
    I did thoroughly clean them and treat them. 

    The fabric, which is soft to the touch, is a kind 
    of burnt orange tweed, and it's the original fabric 
    that I kept. 

    This rather classy design can sit at your desk, or in 
    your bedroom, or in your living room. The plus 
    is that besides being a design piece, it's confortable !! 
    Which is not always the case. 

    It looks like the Marcel Breuer chairs for Thonet, 
    but it's different if you look at how the tubes 
    go up straight at the back. So I think this is simply 
    that kind of design. I have two of these chairs, but the 
    second one is not ready yet. If you would like the 
    pair, I can fast forward the upcycling (too many 
    chairs in progress, lol).
