Une belle chaise décorative, que j'ai remise à neuf en la repeignant, et en tissant une assise et un dossier avec des fils en plastique de scoubidou très colorés. Je l'ai appelée Guerrière Massaï car le design de son dossier me fait penser à un bouclier de guerrier Massaï, et parce que la couleur du cadre est presque la même que celle des habits traditionnels du peuple Massaï. Les Massaï vivent surtout au Kenya, mais leur population nomade évolue aussi dans d'autres pays Africains.

A beautiful decorative chair, that I refurbished by repainting it and by weaving the seat and back with plastic colorful threads. I called it Massai Warrior because the design of the weaving makes me think of a massai warrior shield, and the color of the frame is almost the same as that of traditional massai garments. The Massai people live mostly in Kenya, but they can also be found in other countries of Africa.
